Opening up the world of legal services
Radical changes are afoot in the legal services industry. In the UK, the Legal Services Act, which was passed in October 2007, is fast driving many organisations to offer legal services directly to the public and business community.
Early entrants include the Halifax, the AA, More TH>N, NatWest, RBS, Allianz and Co-op. Other big names are to follow, many of whom are clients of Epoq and rely on us to deliver their services to customers.

These include Pannone, Hugh James and Nelsons who have adopted Epoq's technology to deliver a wider range of services through Epoq's MyLawyer Network (www.mylawyer.co.uk)
The scope of these regulatory changes should not be underestimated, for they are set to transform the provision of legal services, bringing much demanded affordability and convenience.
For ten years Epoq has been developing new and innovative legal solutions. We are a trusted provider to many of the world's leading financial institutions and now provide access to legal services for over 1.5 million of their customers.
Epoq has invested over £11 million in technologies and relationships to manage fully the delivery of legal services. We have developed over 250 individual award-winning solutions (including wills, divorce and employment), and work with our network of highly respected legal call centres and law firms throughout the UK.
We have achieved such high levels of standardisation and accessibility by developing our own document automation technology, called Rapidocs®, which is now in its third generation. Rapidocs® is fast becoming the industry standard, having been adopted by leading international legal publishers and corporate legal departments.
Epoq's legal solutions are convenient, accessible and reliable. No longer must you sit in waiting rooms, worry about unknown costs, or indeed be confined to working hours that may not suit you; now your legal needs can be fully met with confidence, using a delivery mechanism that reflects the desires of a modern society.
